Short Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Kandil Glass’s e-commerce platforms, including the company website, Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and other marketplaces.
- Oversee product catalog management: ensuring accurate listings, engaging descriptions, high-quality images, competitive pricing, and up-to-date inventory.
- Implement website updates and enhancements to improve functionality, user experience, and performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Analyze customer behavior, checkout flows, and navigation trends to improve the overall user experience.
- Optimize website navigation, search functionality, and the checkout process to enhance conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement personalization strategies to maximize engagement and sales.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.
- Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue growth.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports with actionable insights to enhance platform performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall sales.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Optimize product visibility and ranking within online marketplaces.
- Improve product merchandising and placement to maximize sales potential.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Track and analyze the performance of e-commerce marketing initiatives to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
- Manage online customer service processes, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to optimize shipping, returns, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital merchandising, or online sales operations.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and digital analytics tools.
