Short Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize Kandil Glass’s e-commerce platforms, including the company website, Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and other marketplaces.
  2. Oversee product catalog management: ensuring accurate listings, engaging descriptions, high-quality images, competitive pricing, and up-to-date inventory.
  3. Implement website updates and enhancements to improve functionality, user experience, and performance.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  5. Analyze customer behavior, checkout flows, and navigation trends to improve the overall user experience.
  6. Optimize website navigation, search functionality, and the checkout process to enhance conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
  7. Conduct A/B testing and implement personalization strategies to maximize engagement and sales.
  8. Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.
  9. Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue growth.
  10. Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Generate reports with actionable insights to enhance platform performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall sales.
  12. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
  13. Optimize product visibility and ranking within online marketplaces.
  14. Improve product merchandising and placement to maximize sales potential.
  15. Coordinate with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  16. Track and analyze the performance of e-commerce marketing initiatives to refine strategies.
  17. Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
  18. Manage online customer service processes, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
  19. Work closely with logistics and operations teams to optimize shipping, returns, and overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital merchandising, or online sales operations.
  3. Strong proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and digital analytics tools.
