HR Development Specialist

Short Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  2. Post Job AD on various recruitment channels to source qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional events.
  3. Screen resumes and Conduct initial phone screens or in-person interviews to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and fit for our company culture.
  4. Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  5. Implement training and development plans
  6. Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  7. Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  8. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
  9. Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  10. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  11. Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  12. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 1-3 years of experience in same position
  3. Proven work experience as HR Specialist.
  4. Very good cross-culture skills.
  5. Ability to interview employees to understand their needs and how we can improve our organizational structure.
