Short Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and services.
- Assist in cybersecurity measures and basic troubleshooting.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and familiar with Linux operating systems.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, FortiGate, Sophos, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
