IT Technical Support Specialist

Short Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
  3. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
  4. Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and services.
  5. Assist in cybersecurity measures and basic troubleshooting.
  6. Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows and familiar with Linux operating systems.
  4. Familiar with Microsoft 365, FortiGate, Sophos, and network troubleshooting.
  5. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
  6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  7. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
